Inspired by her travels around the world as an international model, the Bulgarian-born Dari Maximova started out making unique jewelry for herself and her close friends. Once demand began to spread far beyond her friendship circles she founded her independent Berlin jewelry label in 2018.

We source all our materials from suppliers who share our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices. Our team of skilled artisans blend traditional craftsmanship with specifically developed techniques, resulting in timeless and highly durable pieces.

By responding to direct demand and collaborating with small-scale manufacturers in the south of Germany, we avoid overproduction and environmentally unfriendly long-distance logistics. Our packaging is chosen for its eco-friendly and easily recyclable properties.

Maximova Jewelry principally uses recycled 925 sterling silver, 18k gold vermeil and 14k gold. Many stones, such as our sapphires and rubies, are lab-grown; our citrine splinters and glass beads are by-products sourced from leftover manufacturing processes.
