RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Right of Withdrawal
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, simply notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at shop@maximova-jewelry.com before the 14-day period expires. A clear statement  "I would like to return my order" is sufficient — no formal justification is required.

Return Window
We're happy to give you extra time: once you've notified us of your withdrawal, you have 30 days to send the item back to us.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, certificates of authenticity, and accompanying documentation. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Made-to-order or personalized items (e.g. engraved jewelry, custom jewelry)

Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We're happy to help — simply contact us at shop@maximova-jewelry.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide you with a free return label. Once we receive your original item, we'll process your exchange for the new product at no additional cost.

Items from our Fine Jewelry Collection may be subject to additional return conditions, which will be communicated to you during checkout.
